The only right that Mindffairs,Ltd. has is the right to exhibit the images and further intellectual property, that are content of the portal. In case of eventual intent of publishing any material in other supports (DP Arte Fotografica, Arte Digital and Dilema magazines, or books), there will be made a specific request for authorization to the owner of the content. To create a gallery at liquidimages.eu, you just have to register. There are two types of galleries: the Pro Gallery and the Normal Gallery. To access the administration interface of your gallery, it's necessary to login first. After providing your identification, you will enter directly into your personnal page, where you may: upload and edit images; manage your gallery; create and edit portfolios; read and remove comments; change your access data and settings; see all the images and favorite authors; manage groups, friends, messages and favorites. You can also order digital off-set albuns and posters of your images, in “fine-art” print quality. Yes, the site administrators point out the right of excluding any photo uploaded by the user, but only if it violates copyright. The images that may, in any way, hurt the feelings of the viewer, will be identified by a specific icon, which allows the visualization of the image, only after clicking it. The Normal Account users will have an upload limit of 5 images/day and an available space of 150 MB/month.
The Pro Account users do not have any upload or space limit in their galleries.

All the images uploaded by the user will be placed in the Public Gallery that was selected by that user, unless the Administration of the Portal thinks it is best to relocate it. The user can choose if their images/portfolios are to be placed in a Public Gallery, or in a Private Gallery. Only the images of the Public Galleries are eligible to the categories “Most Popular Images”, “Images of the Week” and “The Best Image of The Month”. The latter will be eligible to be part of the Liquidimages.eu Gallery, to be published in Dp Arte Fotografica magazine, and to be part of Facebook's liquidimages.eu fan page.
The “ Most Popular Images”, “Images of the Week”, “Images of the Month” and “The Best Image of the Month” are determined by direct vote of all users, although the Pro User´s vote counts double. There is a specific button to vote under every image. The author holds the exclusive rigths of his/her images. In order to use the images, you should contact the author to request permission to use them. Every images hosted by liquidimages.eu are protected by copyright. You can use the option “Send Message”, in the gallery of every author (this option is for users only) to contact that author. More information about copyright in: Copyright Code

Uploaded images should be in JPG. Format. Indepently of the image´s size, the site will allways redimension up to 750x750 pixels.

You just have to click in “Groups”, in the superior section of the Homepage, and select the option “create group” (name and description of the group and selection between the options public or private). To do that you have to be a member or administrator of a group. If you're not, you can either become a member or create a new group, since only members can contribute with their contents to groups. The purpose of this gallery is to sell the works of authors of the Portal. To become part of the gallery, the authors (Pro Account only) have to be invited by the administration. To visualize and order works you have to access the page through the “Fine Art/Colorfoto” button in the Portal's homepage or above the galleries. By accessing the Samsung page, you can visualize the best images of the month and the week, and also participate in events and promotions of Samsung. Any user can be part of this community without necessarily having any equipment of the brand. It is advised to read the liquidimages.eu General Terms , the Copyright and Connect Rights Code.

With the purpose of providing a more personalized service to each user, liquidimages.eu collects and saves personal information of its users. Thus, when a user registers, his/her username and email information, as well as other, are saved. a. Any information provided by the user will be managed under the Personal Data Protection law; b.
